SimFlight Services offers flight simulation products and services. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website, including the purchase of products and services offered through our online platform. By using this site, you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions in full.

  1. Products and Services

We offer a variety of products and services aimed to flight simulation components, systems, and turnkey solutions. All products are subject to availability and prices may change without prior notice. We make every effort to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and up to date, but errors may occur.

  1. Ordering and Payment

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and other online payment options. Full payment must be received before products are shipped unless otherwise agreed upon.

 

  1. Shipping and Delivery

We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders will be handed over to the shipping carrier the day after purchase (except on weekends and public holidays).

Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on the destination and the products ordered. We use Correos España, the national postal service of Spain, with the Certified Letter (“Carta Certificada”) shipping method. This is a reliable and traceable service that requires the recipient’s signature upon delivery.

Once the products have been shipped, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import regulations that may apply in their country.

  1. Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 14 days from the date you received the product for return instructions. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please reach out to support@simflightservices.com to obtain the return address.

Refunds will only be issued once we have received the product in its original packaging and in perfect condition. We will verify the returned product before processing the refund.

  1. Warranty

We offer a warranty for a fixed period of 2 years from the Purchase Date of the Product. The warranty covers defects in manufacturing and malfunctions under normal usage. It does not cover accidental damages, wear and tear, unauthorized modifications, or repairs.

To file a claim under this warranty, please contact us at support@simflightservices.com. Be sure to provide the necessary information, such as proof of purchase, the product’s serial number, and a description of the issue encountered, to facilitate the evaluation of your claim.

This warranty is transferable and applies to the original purchaser of the product for the specified period. The new owner must communicate the change of ownership to support@simflightservices.com.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of SimFlight Services and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our express written consent.

  1. Limitation of Liability

SimFlight Services is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products purchased.
